Delete your Encore account

You can delete your account from the app at any time. It takes a minute and it can’t be undone.

In the app

1. Tap your photo or initials to open Profile & settings.
2. Choose Account & your data.
3. Tap Delete account… and confirm twice.

You’re signed out as soon as it’s done.

Without the app

Email support@encorelive.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it’s you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, handle, photo, bio and everything on your profile page.
• Your saved shows, your ticket stubs and your music preferences.
• Your friends list, friend requests, blocks and notifications.
• Your place in group chats, and the feedback and app-usage records linked to your account.

What stays

• Messages you sent stay with the people you sent them to, shown as from “Deleted account”.
• In group chats, a note that a deleted account left, and earlier notes like “[name] joined the group”.
• Reports you made about someone else, without your name, if our team still needs them to keep people safe.
• Reports other people made about you, for up to 2 years, so we can act on repeat abuse.
• Notifications already sent to other people, until they expire after 90 days.
• Records we must keep by law, if any, for as long as the law requires.

Backups that may hold your data are overwritten within 7 days.
